does the basic layout of a small kids drumset look like?
Most
smaller kids drumsets are considered 3 piece drumsets
because they contain 3 individual drums: snare drum, bass
drum, and mounted tom tom drum. Any additional drum parts
such as cymbal stands, drum stools (or thrones, as they're
sometimes called), drum pedals, etc. are not counted when
determining how many pieces the drumset includes. The

The
5 piece larger beginners drumset includes 5 individual
drums (bass drum, snare drum, 2 tom toms, and a floor
tom.) So even without the stands and cymbals, a drumset
